I am currently preparing an application to expedite a small number of UDC changes to hearing as requested by the
Mayor’s office. I wanted to give you all an update, so you are aware of the City’s intentions. A second application will

follow shortly after this one. This application will be scheduled for the April 15 P/Z hearing, and hopefully in front of

Council on May 11. Please note that I have made changes to the common driveway standards. Let me know if you have
