Meridian and the Laws of the State of Idaho that the City Council of the City o
Meridian will 'hold a public hearing at the Meridian City Hall, 33 East Idaho Street,
Meridian, Idaho, at the hour of 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, March 20, 2007, for the
purpose of reviewing and considering the applications of:
Ken Lanz for Preliminary Plat approval of 6 commercial building lots on
8.06 acres in a C-G zone for Medina Subdivision and Miscellaneous applica-
tion to modify the recorded Development Agreement (Inst. 105134293) pertain-
ing to access for the site for Medina Subdivision generally located SWC of South
Meridian Road and West Overland Road;
M & H Development, LLC for Annexation and Zoning of 38.01 acres
from RUT to an R-8 zone for Sagewood Subdivision and Preliminary Plat
