RE: PP-07-003 PRELIMINARY PLAT MEDINA SUBDIVISION
Dear Madam Mayor, Members of the City Council and Ms. Watters:

The applicant is in agreement with the staff report with the exception of the following condition
of approval:
A. Condition 1.2.7 which recommends a cross access/parking agreement between all lots in the
subdivision. The applicant will provide a cross access agreement between all lots within the
subdivision however due to the requirements of the applicants lease with Walgreen's no "cross
parking" is allowed between Walgreens' parking area and other lots within the subdivision.
However, the applicant can provide a cross parking agreement for all other lots within the
subdivision.
Therefore the applicant would request that condition 1.2.7 be amended to read as follows:
The applicant shall provide a recorded cross -access ingress/egress agreement between the owner
of the subject property and the owner of the property to the west for the two shared driveways.
The applicant shall also provide a cross access agreement for all lots within the subdivision and a
cross parking agreement for all lots within the subdivision with the exception of the Walgreen's
parking lot.
