Howard Engineers, are submitting Newton's Nook Condominium Plat Short Plat Approval. The property consists of 0.20 acres at 429 SW 5`° Avenue and adjoins properties to the north, east and south that have already been annexed and developed in the City of Meridian. No variance will be requested with this application. We are proposing a single building with four condominium units in the existing building.
