NOTICE OF HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Ordinances of
the City of Meridian and the Laws of the State of Idaho that the
City Council of the City of Meridian will hold a public hearing
at the Meridian City Hall,33 East Broadway Avenue,Meridian,
Idaho, at the hour of 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, May 4, 2021 for
the purpose of reviewing and considering the following appli-
cations:
The Land Group for a Conditional Use Permit for a
multi-family development consisting of 360 dwelling units on
15.89 acres of land in the C-G zoning district, located at 2700
E.Overland Rd.;and a Preliminary Plat consisting of 3 build-
able lots on 34.62 acres of land in the C-G zoning district, lo-
cated at 2600 and 2700 E.Overland Rd.for Seasons at Me-
ridian/Winco Wells Subdivision(H-2021-0007).
The Land Group for a Modification to the Existing De-
velopment Agreement(Inst.#2016-060157)to include a con-
ceptual development plan for the eastern 15.89-acre portion
of the subject property that is consistent with the Mixed Use
— Regional (MU-R) Future Land Use Map designation in the
Comprehensive Plan for Volante Investments(H-2020-0118),
located at 2600 and 2700 E.Overland Rd.
Individuals wishing to testify in person may do so by attend-
ing the public hearing at the above-noted time and date.Oral
testimony may be limited to 3 minutes per person.Written testi-
mony may be submitted up to 72 hours prior to the Public Hear-
ing via mail or in person to Meridian City Clerk, 33 E.Broad-
way Ave,Suite 104,Meridian,ID,83642;by email to cityclerk@
meridiancity.org; by voicemail at 208-288-5607; or by texting
"Comment"to 31996.All testimony and materials received or
presented become property of the City of Meridian as public
