NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Ordinances of
the City of Meridian and the Laws of the State of Idaho that the
City Council of the City of Meridian will hold a public hearing
at the Meridian City Hall,33 East Broadway Avenue,Meridian,
Idaho, at the hour of 6:00 p.m.on Tuesday,April 27, 2021 for
the purpose of reviewing and considering the following appli-
cations:
City of Meridian for Annexation of 4 acres of land with the
R-8 zoning district to develop the property with a fire station
and police station for Meridian South Fire Station & Police
Substation(H-2021-0008),located at 2385 E.Lake Hazel.
Mark Bigelow of MRS Landholdings for a Development
Agreement Modification to amend the Sugarman Subdivision
Development Agreement (Inst. #2014-088000) to replace the
existing concept plan with the submitted development plan for
1450 W.Ustick Road(H-2021-0016),located at 1450 W.Ustick
Rd.
Individuals wishing to testify in person may do so by attend-
ing the public hearing at the above-noted time and date.Oral
testimony may be limited to 3 minutes per person.Written testi-
mony may be submitted up to 72 hours prior to the Public Hear-
ing via mail or in person to Meridian City Clerk, 33 E.Broad-
