We are working through the Conditional Use Permit process for a Mountain America Credit Union
branch and drive thru that will be built in Meridian on parcel R5330761200 (Lot 12, Block 1, Lost Rapids
Subdivision (East of Costco) abutting Ten Mild Rd). The CUP application requires us to get written
confirmation that a traffic impact study or change of use is not required or has been accepted for review
by ACHD. What do I need to do to get this written confirmation?
Thanks,
Carly Capener, LEED GA
