Watertower Ln., Suite 202 Meridian, Idaho 83642 RE: Cole Valley Christian School Conditional Use Permit Application Meridian Office and Convention Center 200 East Carlton Meridian, Idaho 83642 Dear Sir or Madam: As an authorized agent of Cole Valley Christian School, CTA Architects Engineers is herby submitting a conditional use permit application to renovate the existing Meridian Office and Convention Center into a Private Jr./Sr. High School. 29,640 sq. ft. of the existing 42,790 sq. ft. building is proposed to be renovated into classroom spaces. The remaining 13,150 sq. ft. is proposed to remain as office space. An 18,466 sq. ft. gymnasium is proposed in the northeast comer of the property. This gymnasium wouldbe constructed asPhase II of the overall project. This proPerty is well suited for a school use. The existing building was constructed as and used as a school facility and would be well suited once again as a school. The project site is mainly surrounded by commercial properties. However, some residential properties remain along the east and northeast property'lines. The property has good access toFmrview Avenue from N. E. 2 1/2 Street and N. E. 1 st Street is easily accessed from E. Carlton. This completes our Conditional Use Permit submittal. Please provide a written response and/or approval at your earliest convenience.
