2. The busy downtown location with lots of foot traffic.
3. Easy access to front and back door of establishment.
4. Adequate square footage for a comfortable Sports bar.
5. Space has been remodled to code including restrooms and parking lot.
6. Wheelchair aceessable.
7. Two exits to the building.
8. Would be the perfect location with the activity of people that have already come to the area
seeking food, fun and entertainment from the variety of business that are presently located in old
town.
