HomeMy WebLinkAboutCC - Newspaper Publishing 4-20 AD#85787AD# LEGAL NOTICE NOTICE OF HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Ordinances of the City of Meridian and the Laws of the State of Idaho that the City Council of the City of Meridian will hold a public hearing at the Meridian City Hall,33 East Broadway Avenue,Meridian, Idaho, at the hour of 6:00 p.m.on Tuesday,April 20, 2021 for the purpose of reviewing and considering the following appli- cations: FlexSpace, LLC for a Conditional Use Permit for a multi-family development consisting of 66 attached units (56 units on 4225 E.Overland and 10 units on Parcel S1121121011) on 6.8 acres of land in the C-G zoning district and a Devel- opment Agreement Modification to modify the concept plan approved with the existing agreements (Inst. #2017-12608 & #2018-012456)to include a mix of multi-family and commercial uses on the remaining 6.8 acres of the Movado development for Movado Mixed Use (H-2020-0123), located on the south side of E. Overland Rd. between S. Eagle Road and S. Clo- verdale Rd.
