To Whom It May Concern-
My name is Ramona Tippets and I am the former HOA president of Dunwoody Subdivision.
On Feb 18 2021 at the meeting regarding the proposal of Ambles Run Subdivision, an email was shown from Pioneer
Title company ( this company did not handle the sale of the property) to show that approval of the splitting of Lots 25
and 26 had occurred prior to sale. (The proposed 2.88 acres for Ambles Run is Lot 26.) Please note that I did not give
consent to this sale nor approve splitting of the lot. Please note that I nor any single person would be able to grant that
permission.
A request from the home owner prior to splitting of any lot and sale needs to be proposed and approved by the
residents of Dunwoody Ct which never did occur in this case.
