I have been in contact with the club owner who is wanting to build the Oasis Club on the corner of Ustick & Eagle.
We have shared thoughts on his Nightclub being built.
I am NOT in favor of this project continuing! I wish my husband & I could attend the Meeting on the 18th but cannot.
I have written to Brian Tsai letting him know my concerns & I hope the City is being vigilant about this.
That corner is the last place that needs a Nightclub with traffic & pedestrian issues.
I have shared with Brian my concern about overflow parking in the Kohl’l/Walgreen parking lot, then walking across
Ustick to the club when no extra parking places are available on the club property.
This corner does not lend itself to all the issues that could arise.
I suggested that Mr. Tsai move his club to another location that would be much more accommodating.
I hope for the best outcome on this issue…please take my husband & my thoughts into account!
