Nampa &Meridian Irrigation District (NMID) has no claim or comment to the easement
running along the west boundary of this property.
However, the Snyder Lateral courses through the southwest corner of this property. The
easement for the Snyder Lateral at this location is a minimum of forty feet (40') total, twenty
feet (20') from centerline each side. Any work within this easement will require a Use Change
Application and full review of plans.
