Update from the Alpine Pointe Neighborhood Outreach Committee
Dear Alpine Pointe Neighbors:
You may have noticed some activity to the south of Alpine Pointe, as preparation is underway
to begin construction for Delano Subdivision. The Final Plat for Delano Subdivision, No. 1 has
been accepted by The City of Meridian City Council. Here is a link to Delano No. 1, FP -2021-
0001. The plan will receive updates in the future as the R-40 apartment pad develops, and the

Another item on the City radar is for a nightclub conditional use permit for The Oasis, located
at the SW corner of Eagle and Ustick. You may submit testimony to the City Clerk at
cityclerk@meridiancity.org or give testimony in person, via text, etc. as outlined at the City of

The Oasis H-2021-0004: For a Conditional Use Permit request for a drinking establishment,

have also written the City Planner at Boise in charge of the Stellar Senior Living project north
of Fast Eddy's, and I haven't any updates at this time for that project. TBD
