Subject:Night Club proposal for SE corner of Locust grove and Ustick

I a writing this letter as I am unable to attend the city meeting in person. I own a home on the NE corner of Ustick and
Locust Grove. This is not a good spot for a night club. It is surrounded by homes, families and children who need to
sleep. In my home alone, there are 3 young children. I am concerned about noise, increased traffic, brink drivers and
sirens going off much more often. Please build in a business area, and not where there are homes right in front of you,
behind you, and beside you on both sides.
