Members of the Planning and Zoning Commission:
I am writing to voice my disapproval of the Oasis Nightclub at Ustick and Eagle roads. I feel not enough consideration
was given to the impact on traffic, possible violence, property values and general well being of the surrounding areas. I
live in Champion Park and see the traffic at Ustick and Eagle every time I leave my home. This club will not help. I am
certain there will be daytime deliveries, vendor visits and various service providers coming and going so there will be
constant traffic at that intersection. There are several schools in the area making this site unacceptable.
I am certain the prospect of increased revenue to the city is attractive but I ask you to reconsider your previous approval
and move this nightclub to a site that does not have schools and neighborhood communities nearby.
