I am writing about the proposed Oasis night club.I live in the Champion Park Subdivision across the street from the proposed club. I disapprove of this club for the following reasons: -I am concerned about the increased traffic and parking issues or lack of parking and that they will park in the neighboring neighborhoods. 1 -The proposed hours are a problem for noise with families in such close proximity it will disrupt the quality of life and schedules for school children and the residence. -Vandalism, crime and violence, property values, My neighbor is a police officer and explained how often the police have been called in to similar venues. This will make the area less desirable, less safe for residents and bring down property values. For these reasons I highly disapprove of the location for this night club. A location in a less residential area would be better. Please take these things into consideration from a concerned resident in close proximity.
