I am writing because I am very concerned about the proposal to build the Oasis Nightclub on the corner of Eagle and
Ustick. This is a terrible spot for a nightclub. There is already too much traffic and it is too close to residential homes.
I live in the Champion Park neighborhood. This is much too close for comfort. I am concerned about decreased
property values, traffic/parking problems, noise, and crime.
As a tax paying citizen of Meridian for the past 14 years, I plead with you to not allow the Oasis Nightclub to have a
conditional use permit.
