TEN MILE ROAD External Sender - Please use caution with links or attachments. Hello, I am emailing in regards to a postcard Amelia and I received last week about the property listed above. After review of the proposed landscaping plans we have some concerns about the use of our existing fence as the barrier. With parking spots pointing directly towards our wood fence we will see bright headlights shining through the fence and into our windows, and a wood fence will not stop a car from accidentally busting through. We see every year someone going through a store front or fence because they hit the gas instead of the brake or thought they were in reverse. This is a real concern for us. We are asking that a solid fence like Concrete/CMU be built (preferably at 8ft in height) to keep cars from coming through the fence, keep headlights from shining through, block parking lot lighting, keep people from climbing over the fence, and also to keep noise down. The dogs that surround the property all love to bark so the solid cmu fence should help with that as well. I have seen this type of fencing most recently at Ten Mile and Chinden. Thank you. Respectfully, Paul & Amelia 1
