To Whom It May Concern: I respectfully appreciate the opportunity to voice my
concerns about the oasis night club being built on Ustick and Eagle Road. I live right off of Eagle Road in Cameron Park
and I constantly see the dangers on This highway as it is right now. All the apartments make it busier and busier and
busier. People are on their cell phones and distracted in many ways. I was deeply concerned when I saw that a nightclub
was going in on that corner. Liquor stores are on every corner but people are not there hanging out drinking. Night clubs
are full of people drinking past safe amounts and then getting out on Eagle road where it’s already so busy it’s quite
frightening to me. Especially having grandchildren driving to my house on said busy highway. I beg a safe responsible
decision from the Planning and Zoning Commission on this subject. Thank you so much for the opportunity to speak up
