To whom it may concern,
Regarding the meeting planned on March 18, 2021 regarding the proposed Skybreak development. We would request
that you deny this application as it is currently proposed. Allowing R15 zoning would not be an appropriate transition of
the area, especially between as is currently being submitted in the application with its location adjacent to the existing
Vantage Pointe Subdivision.
