To whom it may concern,
We would like to express our concerns with the development plan for the Skybreak subdivision. Throughout the entire
process, the developers have come up with plans that do not reflect the repetitive expressed wishes of the residents of
Vantage Point Subdivision . Our subdivision is 1 acre lots with prideful homes and landscaping. DevCo continues to push
plot plans that are high density homes and lots that will ultimately lower our home values and quality of living in this
area. I am also disappointed with the access roads that will utilize our subdivision entrance, causing increased traffic
congestion. This blatant disregard for the wishes of current Meridian residents does not reflect the community morality
of which this city claims to be so proud.
