PZ - Preliminary Plat Landscape Plan Rendering
The Skybreak Subdivision need to be reconfigured on some very important issues. The transition between the Vantage
Point Subdivision needs to have more of a transition between neighborhoods the current transition is completely abrupt
without an open area or a way side lane with a few trees. This neighborhood has no sidewalks, is this just for the
purpose to cram in more houses. The requested R15 zoning is way over the zoning plan suggested in the Meridian Hills
meeting about two years ago. I under stand that this property will be developed, but please give our Vantage Pointe
neighborhood a little more input into the plan across the fence from our homes.
