I have reviewed this submittal and offer the following comments, for your information and
consideration as conditions ofthe Applicant during the hearing process:

Off-street parking shall be provided in accordance with Section 11-2-414 of the City of
Meridian Zoning and Development Ordinance.
Outside lighting shall be designed and placed so as to not direct illumination on any nearby
residential areas and in accordance with City Ordinance Section 11-2-414.D.3
All Signage shall be in accordance with the standards set forth in 2-415 of the City of
Meridian Zoning and Development Ordinance.
Sanitary Sewer and Water to this facility would be via. existing service lines. Assessments
for sewer and water service will be reviewed during the building plan review process. Please
provide any information that you may have with regards to your anticipated water demand.
