For Value Received, DWT INVESTMENTS LLC, an Idaho limited liability company, and the
THOMAS W. TOMLINSON ADMINISTRATIVE TRUST UNDER THE TOMLINSON FAMILY
TRUST DATED 4/7/1982, who took ownership as the Administrative Trust Established Under the
Tomlinson Family Trust dated 04/08/1982 ("Grantor"), does hereby convey, release, remise and
forever quit claim unto DWT INVESTMENTS LLC, an Idaho limited liability company, and the
THOMAS W. TOMLINSON ADMINISTRATIVE TRUST UNDER THE TOMLINSON FAMILY
TRUST DATED 4/7/1982, whose address is 2929 W. Navigator Drive, Suite 400, Meridian, Idaho
83642 ("Grantee"), the premises described on Exhibit A ("Property"), which is attached hereto
and made a part hereof, together with all appurtenances relating to the Property.
