The enclosed application is for a Property Boundary Adjustment for the parcels located at the
southwest corner of W. Chinden Boulevard and N, Fox Run Way. This is currently undeveloped
land with no agricultural use_
The PBA includes relocating the lot line that divides Parcel S0425120902 and S0425120700 so
that it is redefined as per the attached recorded survey.
The two proposed parcels consist of:
Parcel A at 1.08 Acres with frontage along N. Fox Run Way
Parcel B at 3.88 Acres with frontage along N. Fox Run Way and Chinden
Pubic Sewer and Water will be stubbed into each lot through a proposed improvement plan
which is being submitted for CZC and Design Review titled: Paramount Urgent Care (a
preliminary copy has been included in this application)
The Owner of the property is DWT Investments LLC_ The provided affidavit assigns Rob
