We live very close to the location for the proposed nightclub. We discussed with neighbors what a bad idea this is in a
residential location where many families with children of all ages and we all have great concerns. This is already the
most heavily traveled area at Eagle and Ustick roads. We wait a long time trying to get out of our Champion Park
housing track, especially to make a left towards Eagle. Centerpoint rd. traffic light has a lot of traffic dumping onto Ustick
from the new 285 apartments and Kohl's, Hobby Lobby, etc. The soon to be built huge gym, other strip line of businesses
to be built along the Ustick and now a nightclub!!
We say no. Enough. This is a big city. Find a different area like Meridian Village along Eagle. We don't want the booming
noise from the club, the bright lights, loud obnoxious drunks, safety issues, impact on our roads, drunk drivers, litter,
crime. What is that going to do for our property values? Please use common sense and don't ruin Meridian.
