To the City Clerk 1 I moved to Idaho from California because I saw the downside of nightclubs, bars, and other drinking establishments. I came here to be an (Idahoan). I liked the conservative values that create a healthy environment to raise a family. Note: Building this night club even remotely near a neighborhood or school is a poor decision.
