I am writing with concern over the impact that the Oasis night club would have in the Eagle Rd and Ustick Rd area. Aside
from the obvious increase in traffic that Eagle Rd does not need at one of the busiest and most challenging areas of
Eagle Road to navigate. I cannot imagine the impact that it will have to the homes that are surrounding it. The home
1
are way too close and the night club traffic as well as vagrancy would disrupt family lives of all who live there. That is
not right! A club like this should be built away from residential areas. We need to keep our neighborhoods safe and
comfortable and preserve the community that Meridian has been building for so long.
Thank you for your concern,
Parley Bingham
