Subject:Concerns over nightclub at Ustick and Eagle

I am just writing as a resident nearby to Ustick and Eagle (Champion Park subdivision) about the proposed night club
going in at that location. I feel this is not a good idea, given the traffic and congestion that already exists there and the
probability of intoxicated drivers now navigating that busy intersection. I also find this location to be too close to
residences and the noise of this outside party venue will be too disruptive for such a close-in city location. I’m unsure
why they have not chosen either a location surrounded by more commercial buildings and/or more isolation for the
noise it will produce. I am worried about the increased traffic (and under the influence traffic) this establishment will
bring to our busiest road in Idaho. In addition to that, I imagine the audience is younger than currently resides in this
area of town, so it will bring even more traffic down this way to go to a venue that should be situated more closely to its
clientele.
