Engineering&Surveying The City of Meridian has requested feedback regarding the proposed annexation of
Permitting 2.15 acres at 1630 E. Paradise Lane with R-2 (Low Density Residential) zoning in
Ada County Commissioners order to allow for the construction of a single-family home.

Rod Beck,Second District Ada County is supportive of the application as the proposed R-2 Zone is compatible
Kendra Kenyon, Third District with the Meridian Comprehensive Plan, as adopted by Ada County, as it designates
the site as Low Density Residential, which is intended primarily for single-family
homes at densities of three dwelling units or less per acre. As the new home will be
required to connect to municipal sewer once it becomes available to the property,the
application is also compatible with Strategy 5.7d of the Ada County Comprehensive
Plan, which encourages all existing developments served by septic systems to
connect to central sewer once it becomes available.
