To help get us started on a Conceptual Site Plan, below is our current thinking about the
development for the property.
A rough estimate for Kendall's intended use for the property is to construct 3 separate buildings:
A two-story office building containing approximately 25,000 sqft.
A Sales and Service Facility for Commercial/Fleet Operations consisting of
approximately 2,500 sqft of sales/general offices and a service facility with 12-16 deep
service bays suitable for large commercial trucks and Motorhomes [ 7,000-8,000 sqft]
with parts storage [4,000 sqft].This building will need a service write-up and customer
lounge area also. Display areas around the building to show different configurations of
up fitted commercial vehicles.
A Vehicle Accessory Sales and Installation Facility for customizing vehicles.This facility
will sell and install canopies, wheels and tires, running boards, bed liners,tonneau bed
covers, sports bars, roof racking systems, bed rails, custom graphics, and such other
items requested of our customers.This facility will require a customer greeting and
sales area with room for display and a customer lounge, a shop of at least 8 service
bays, and parts storage for inventory.
