Any modification to the lateral or easements must be approved by the Board of the Parkins-Nourse#14 Irrigation Association, Inc., (PNLA), prior to any alteration. The current property owner has a history of cooperation and prompt notification and response with the PNLA. The PNLA will gladly assist the property owner and/or City if the need arises.
