If people are going to email you about their distain for the club I feel obligated to voice my opinion as well. For what it’s
worth I live in Champion Park, so geographically close.
From what I can tell the property zoning has not changed recently. So those that built and moved next to the property
have no excuse for living next to such a complex. You do not get to build next to train tracks and then get upset when I
train comes by. Additionally, as a strong believer in private property rights, we should have little say in what gets built on
such property. As long as It conforms to zoning. Those that want a say in what gets built there should have purchased
the property.
It’s not my property, or city property. Therefore we need to get out of their way.
