Hello,
I would like to express my concern about the proposed Oasis nightclub. I would hope that you take into consideration
that this is not an ideal location for such an establishment. It is not a family friendly place of business and it is proposed
to be smack dab in the middle of family friendly everything! Please deny this place of business from coming to this
location. It should go where there is far Less residential neighborhoods/parks surrounding it and closer to
freeway/hotels. I imagine home values won’t be as strong around this business and it will bring a completely different
feel to this area. It belongs somewhere else!!!!
