City council,
I live within 3/4 of a mile from the proposed nightclub on the SW corner of Ustick and Eagle roads. I do not want this
type of establishment in my neighborhood. This type of establishment goes against the City of Meridian's vision of a
"community in which to live, work and raise a family". I have concerns for safety, Eagle road is the busiest road in the
state, the source for significant law enforcement resources already, now we want to add alcohol to this gauntlet of a
road? More concerning is the business model that objectifies women, and puts them at risk overall. I spent 20 years in
the Military, I have seen how women can be treated outside of this part of the world. Should you choose to approve this
poor idea, you will be setting the stage to negatively impact your very own posterity,(none of the owners of this club live
here). Please consider your own children and Grandchildren, stay true to the vision of Meridian and keep this a favored
place to raise children, this business is completely opposed to family.
