We have lived in Meridian over 20 years and have experienced the phenomenal growth due in
part to the city’s family oriented approach.
We live about a half of a mile of the proposed Oasis nightclub and do not want it in our
neighborhood. It is not consistent with the image of Meridian or its values. It does nothing to
improve the quality of life in Meridian but it does in fact diminishes it.
We agree with the comments made by Jon Hastings, Cherie Hoeger, Jonathan Hoeger, and the
many others objection to the proposed application for The Oasis nightclub at the Eagle
Road/Ustick intersection. We ask that you count our voice with theirs, and we request the city
deny the application and any subsequent requested reviews.”
