Nampa &Meridian Irrigation District (NMID) has approved this project with plans dated 12-
18-20 and sent and approval letter dated 1-6-21. Any changes to these plans will need to be
resubmitted for a full review.
The Ridenbaugh Canal courses along the north boundary of this project with a minimum
easement of one hundred feet (100') total, fifty feet (50') from centerline each side.
All private laterals and waste ways must be protected. All municipal surface drainage must be
retained onsite. If any surface drainage leaves the site, NMID must review drainage plans.
Developer must comply with Idaho Code 31-3805.
