Mr.Dodson,
Please consider this my testimony at tonight's hearing.
I have reviewed the subject application but don't see anything concerning a traffic light at Movado and Overland. This
intersection is getting more dangerous everyday and no further development should be approved until a traffic light is
installed. People are already cutting through the Silverstone development to get to a traffic light. Look at the density
that is already approved and under construction in the Movado development. The Movado collector is going to be a
mess without a traffic light at Overland.
This CUP should be denied until a traffic light is installed. The Police and Fire Departments have already said this.
