Subject:URGENT: Movado Development Application HEARING TONIGHT

To Whom It May Concern:
As residents of Movado Estates on Goldstone Drive, we wish to make a statement against the proposed project
application.
Our most significant concern regarding the proposed project is the untenable traffic in and out of Movado
Way. Recognizing this proposal is standing on the fact that their proposed traffic impact is less than the prior project, it
is still of substantial impact.
The danger currently posed by entering and exiting without a light at the Movado/Overland intersection is terribly
unsettling. Adding the volume of the current construction and the additions proposed by this application will make this
a disaster waiting to happen.
In the meetings held on the prior application, the #1 objection at that time was the traffic impact. At that time there was
discussion about a proposed traffic study. We would certainly be in favor of a traffic study to ascertain the need for a
light. I believe the Chief of Police was a spokesperson of record who was vocal about the significance of the Overland
traffic situation at that time.
Please consider that the original plattin allows that there is no exit to Cloverdale -- and Movado Way will surely become
a thoroughfare -- As significant investors/property owners in the Estates, we implore you to take some action to
withhold approvals pending a plan that adequately addresses these traffic and safety concerns.
Respectfully,
Mary Puccio and Dave Keim
