We do at a bare minimum need the bottom portion released to be able to develop that land with sewer and water which would come from the City of Boise. I do agree with you that the top portion is likely sewerable by the City of Meridian at some point in the future but it does not make sense to divide this property to be split between the City of Meridian referral/impact and the City of Boise impact areas. Therefore, we request the entire parcel be released with the bare minimum of the bottom and hillside portions as depicted on the attached drawing necessary to allow development of this property.
