Rather curious as to why The Oasis did not show up in any of the recent City applications for Wadsworth Subdivision, Commercial,though it was advertised through Colliers' as a tenant since 2019, well over a year before the recent December 22, 2020 hearing date before City Council? AFC Urgent Care showed up in the City Planning Staff Report, and the intended lot for The Oasis was merely described as multi-tenant without naming the likely tenants being The Oasis and Jamba Juice. This listing would widely not be known to Planning and Zoning Commission, City Council, City Planning, or the average citizen unless they were shopping for commercial real estate options,though it was known to the applicants of this project well in advance of the most recent hearing of December 22, 2020 before City Council. This may have not been in the City's possession but it was known to the applicant. The file dated December 22, 2020 was submitted to the City on January 15, 2021. There was ample time to disclose this information previously to the Planning and Zoning Commission, and also to the City Council well before the December 22, 2020 City Council hearing date and adequate time to include this particular information for the public to review in any Eagle Commons at Ustick and Eagle or any Wadsworth Subdivision application packets, or any other developer-related City business dating from the Colliers ad date forward.
