Dear City of Meridian,
We are homeowners in Movado Subdivision at 4372 E. Vacheron St, Meridian, Idaho. We are writing regarding the
above referenced pending development agreement modification. We have been present at the neighborhood meetings
regarding this request for modification by FlexSpace, LLC.
We strongly oppose the applications to modify the Development Agreement and the Conditional Use Permit that
would allow for multi-family development consisting of 66 attached units on 6.8 acres of land of the Movado
Development.
We directly border this property. This action could potentially negatively affect our home value and cause other adverse
consequences. When we purchased our home, in June 2019, it was explained to us that this property was zoned as light
commercial not as 2 and 3 story apartment complexes that would utilize Movado’s entryway. We are extremely
concerned about the additional traffic off of Movado Way. We are also concerned about large apartment buildings
being so close to our small back yard.
