After looking at the plans no impact fees will be due for this project.They can accommodate this in their building, as
they have been. So the fees have been paid in my eyes.This is just a temporary convenience factor during COVID.
The City will route the CUP and DR our way for review.You will probably receive a letter from our planning team stating
that impact fees will/may be due. Don't worry when you receive it. My review comes last in our process, so that is just a
standard form to get you approvals for the CUP or DR.The building department at the City will notify me when you
submit for building permit and I will issue our final approval and finalize impact fees at that time.

Thanks for the call earlier, see attached site plan that shows the menu pickup shed and order shed. We have already had
a pre-application meeting with the city months ago and a neighborhood meeting, so I will need ACHD review to apply for
