This e-mail concerns the February 18 meeting on the proposal for
Ambles Run Subdivision.
In his rebuttal, the applicant presented a misleading e-mail from
Pioneer Title. The e-mail stated that myself and Mona Tippets
“Apparently” agreed that lots 25 and 26 could be split for the purpose
of sale.
The fact is that I never approved nor had the latitude to
approve such a split. Also, Pioneer Title was not involved in the
closing for the sale of the home at 1985 E. Dunwoody Court.
Please include this e-mail in the documentation to be forwarded to
City Council on this matter.
