We live on Fiddleleaf Dr at the cross streets of Eagle and Ustick. We are concerned about the Oasis Club being
planned at Eagle and Ustick. Currently, our neighborhood is in a family friendly area and we love our location.
We are surrounded by businesses, but enjoy the proximity to all the conveniences. However, I am extremely
concerned living next to a club. I have young children and dread driving by a club where patrons are often
dressed for “attention” (putting it nicely) and where intoxicated patrons will be driving on Eagle road (which is
already dangerous). In addition, it is closely located to a school.
Please consider placing such establishments in a different section of town. Often these establishments are
located in low residential areas unlike its current location. I entreat you to redone this area to prevent bars,
clubs, strip clubs and other such establishments from being located at the cross sections of Eagle and Ustick.
