Meridian Southern Rim Coalition is not in favor or allowing the exception request to turn the, previous alleys, into
private drives allowing eight homes on each. Private drives were a big topic with our UDC committee this last fall. There
was talk of lowering the number of homes on private lots from 6 to 4. We don’t find it prudent to make an exception
after just reviewing this UDC guideline. We are asking for Brighton to delete 4 lots in that area to make it conform to the
UDC guideline as stated.
