I. PROJECT DESCRIPTION The Applicant requests approval to modify the landscape plan approved with the final plat for Shelburne East No. 1 (H-2019-0077) to replace the pickleball court, picnic shelter and picnic tables with a swimming pool, 967+/- square foot pool house and associated parking on Lot 8, Block 4 (see exhibits in Section VII). II. APPLICANT INFORMATION A. Owner: Randy Clarno, Shelburne Properties, LLC – 7629 E. Pinnacle Peak Rd., Ste. 110, Scottsdale, AZ 85255-3638 B. Applicant/Representative: Ian Connair, Kimley-Horn & Associates – 950 W. Bannock Street, Ste. 1100, Boise, ID 83702 III. STAFF ANALYSIS Staff has reviewed the proposed change to the amenities and is of the opinion the proposed swimming pool and pool house is an upgrade from the pickleball court, shelter and picnic table previously approved. Additionally, there is an existing shelter with picnic tables to the north in this same phase which can be easily accessed by residents. IV. DECISION Staff recommends approval of the requested modification to the amenities/landscape plan as proposed on the plan in Section VII.B. STAFF REPORT COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT Page 2 VII.
