Dear Mr. Hood:
Revised Landscape Plans for Shelburne East No. 1, Lot 8, Block 4 are attached for your review and
approval. Shelburne East No. 1 was approved on 11/19/2019, project number H2019-0077.
Shelburne East Properties, LLC, the owner, has decided to provide a pool and pool house amenity in-
lieu of the approved pickleball court, picnic shelter, and picnic tables. This topic was not discussed at
the City Council Hearing. This topic was discussed with City Staff who noted that it was an upgrade
and that they were amenable to the change.
This landscape plan modification complies with the project’s conditions of approval and all applicable
requirements of the UDC. As such, we ask your approval of the following.
Revised Landscape Plan for Shelburne East No. 1, Lot 8, Block 4.
