McMillan Rd. and east of N. Rustic Oak Way, in the SW ¼ of Section 28, Township 4N., Range 1W. I. PROJECT DESCRIPTION The Applicant requests approval to modify the landscape plan approved with the final plat for Oaks North Phase #5 (H-2019-0137) to remove the shelter and picnic table amenity from Lot 2, Block 26 and replace it with a full-size basketball court in the main amenity area on Lot 1, Block 10 in Phase #1 (see exhibits in Section VII). II. APPLICANT INFORMATION A. Owner: Toll Southwest, LLC – 3103 W. Sheryl Drive, Suite 100, Meridian, ID 83642 B. Applicant/Representative: Sabrina Durtschi, Toll Brothers – 3103 W. Sheryl Drive, Suite 100, Meridian, ID 83642 III. STAFF ANALYSIS Staff has reviewed the proposed change to the amenities and is of the opinion the proposed basketball court is an upgrade from the shelter and picnic table previously approved and will expand the recreational opportunities for area residents and be better utilized. Additionally, there is an existing shelter in Phase #4, approximately a block away to the north that can be easily accessed by residents in Phase #5. IV. DECISION Staff recommends approval of the requested modification to the amenities/landscape plan as proposed on the plans in Sections VII.B and VII.C.
